  • For bespoke items, do I get to see a visual?"
    For every custom / bespoke order, we work closely with our customers to make sure that each detail is perfect, we go through many visuals until you are fully satisfied.
  • How long do custom products take?
    Each product time varies on the size and complexity. Upon completion of the deisgn we will give you a time window in which we will complete your order. We have never failed a deadline yet!!
  • Can you lasercut very intricate designs?
    Yes we can. We always advise upon seeing the design if there are elements which may be too weak, (i.e some lines within the deisgn may be too thin which can make the product fragile or which may snap upon production ). We want to see all products that we create to last!
  • Are you limited to what you can do?
    In terms of design, we are not limited. We can create your vision as long as the brief is in accordance with what our services are able to provide. If there are elements which we cannot fulfill which is outside or our remit, then we always like to recommend reliable suppliers who can!
  • Do you do last minute orders?
    Yes we have done many last minute orders for customers. Depending on workload we always aim to fulfil even the last minute ones! There may be a surcharge if it is during a busy time.
  • Do you do trade / wholesale orders?
    Yes we do. Please contact us directly and lets discuss! We work with many businesses and create unique products exclusively for them.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes we do. Please contact us and we can send one to you or directly to the recipient.
  • How much do bespoke items cost?
    For bespoke items, prices can be as little at 50p depending on quantity. We cater for all needs and budgets, we can discuss how we can create the same look in varous materials.
  • Where are you based?
    We are based in Solihull, West Midlands.
  • What materials do you use?
    We can create products in wood, acrylic, card, paper, leather and fabric. Or a mix of them all!, there is no restriction on how many materials we can use for one product or design.
